Our journey began with a visionary initiative by SPH Media, which introduced the first three newspaper vending machines to meet the growing demand for better newspaper accessibility in Singapore. With traditional roadside stalls becoming increasingly scarce, our initial machines were strategically placed at Food Loft outlets in Clementi Avenue 3 and Avenue 4, and another at Havelock Road, offering a selection of five newspaper titles each.
Since those early days, we have launched an ambitious expansion plan to deploy over 150 vending machines across the island. This growth reflects our commitment to making high-quality news easily accessible to all readers. Our vending machines not only enhance convenience but also optimize resource management, ensuring that newspapers are available to everyone, regardless of their location. As we continue to expand, each new machine brings us closer to achieving our goal of widespread news accessibility and efficient distribution, keeping Singapore’s readers well-informed and connected.
